شرایط استفاده:

کپی رایت و مالکیت مطالب و محتوا:
حقوق مالکیت معنوی و کپی رایت محتوای منتشر شده در اپلیکیشن سرای شهزاده برای مجموعه سرای شهزاده می باشد و هرگونه استفاده و مشاهده محتوا ازطریق اپلیکیشن و بر عهده خود شماست.و امکان پرینت گرفتن، کپی کردن، ذخیره تصاویر، ارسال و به اشتراک گذاری فایل ها وجود ندارد. در صورت مشاهده نقض قوانین کپی رایت محتوا و اکانت شما بدون بازگشت وجه بسته خواهد شد.
پرداخت و بازپرداخت:
تمامی پرداخت ها از طریق کلیه کارت های عضو شتاب و در درگاه پرداخت معتبر انجام خواهد شد. تمامی هزینه ها مجزا از مالیات، عوارض یا وظایف اعمال شده توسط مقامات مالیات هستند و مسولیت این موارد بر عهده شما خواهد بود.
لغو و فسخ حساب کاربری:
در صورتی که به هر دلیلی قصد لغو حساب کاربری خود را دارید باید از طریق سامانه پشتیبانی درخواست لغو عضویت خود را برای سرای شهزاده ارسال کنید که در این صورت تمامی اطلاعات که شما تا قبل از آن در سامانه سرای شهزاده قرار داده اید حذف خواهد شد. این اطلاعات بعد از حذف قابل بازیابی نخواهد بود. سرای شهزاده، به صلاحدید خود، در برخی موارد خاص می تواند حساب کاربری شما را حذف کند یا به حالت تعلیق در آورد.
تغییرات در خدمات و قیمت ها:
سرای شهزاده می تواند در هر زمان اقدام به تغییر و یا قطع خدمات خود به صورت موقت یا دائم کند. هزینه‌های مربوط به این خدمات نیز قابل تغییر است که در این صورت در سامانه قابل رویت خواهد بود. در صورتی که سرای شهزاده تصمیم به قطع خدمات خود به صورت دائم کند .
